Dr. Rajad R is a crime fiction novelist. His debut novel, Onnam Forensic Adhyayam, received widespread critical acclaim. Subsequent works, Bodylab and Suspense Gene, published by DC Books, further solidified his reputation for weaving medical expertise into gripping narratives. A medical professional with a research background, Dr. Rajad R has published over twelve research papers in medicine, bringing a unique authenticity to his crime fiction.

Shobha Tharoor Srinivasan is a children’s author, poet and voice over talent. She is the author of 12 children’s books that range from picture books to a poetry reader and an illustrated biography. Shobha has also written a short memoir and tribute to her mother, Good Innings: The Extraordinary, Ordinary Life of Lily Tharoor which has received attention and accolades in three continents. A regular speaker on panels and a frequent guest at Literary festivals, her work has been widely anthologized and excerpted for school curricula in India by leading educational publishers. She has been featured on radio and TV, profiled in magazines, and one of her stories was dramatically performed by Silicon Valley Shakespeare, California. She has also recorded voice work for documentaries, educational programs, journalistic initiatives and audio books. In 2022, Shobha Tharoor was awarded the National Award for Narration at the 68th National Film Awards in India. 

Jisma Faiz is a noted Malayalam novelist and artist. She has held exhibitions in several venues such as that of the Lalithakala Academy. She is the author of the widely beloved work Ente Arumayaya Pakshikku. 

Nandini Nayar is an award-winning author of over 75 books for children of all ages. A prolific children’s writer, her books have been published by well-known Indian publishers such as Karadi, Amar Chitra Katha, Scholastic, Puffin, HarperCollins and Mango, among others. Her international publishers include Oxford University Press, UK and Pakistan, Frances Lincoln and Tricycle Press. In addition, Nandini has been a regular contributor to iconic children’s magazines such as Tinkle, Dimdima and The Children’s Magazine and newspapers like The Hindu and Sakal Times. Her book titled What Shall I Make? was named an outstanding book by the United States Board on Books for Young Readers. Many of her works have been recommended by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as well and have also been featured on the Parag Honour list.

Manoj Vellanad is a distinguished consultant neurosurgeon at the Shree Uthradam Thirunal (SUT) Hospital at Pattom in Thiruvananthapuram. He has cultivated a multifaceted career as a Malayalam short story writer and a passionate science enthusiast, contributing significantly to both fields. His major recognitions include the Thakazhi Story Award, the CV Sreeraman Story Award, The Golden Cat Literary Award, the Keli Sahitya Award and the Cycle Young Literary Award, among others. Manoj has authored three books, namely, Venus Flytrap, a collection of short stories, Einsteinte Thalachor, a compilation of science articles, and Udalvedam, another short story collection.

Miriam Joseph is a seasoned producer and former journalist backed with 35 years of media experience. Working for international broadcasters like the BBC and Channel 4, she travelled the world covering varied beats and interviewing famous personalities like Mikhail Gorbachev, Margaret Thatcher and Capt. Lakshmi Sahgal. She moved to India in 2002 and soon joined Excel Entertainment in Mumbai, first as an Executive Producer and then as the CEO. Miriam is a consultant to the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) & its Film Bazaar. A visiting lecturer at a number of film schools, she was instrumental in setting up India’s first ever Producing Course at the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute and helped in designing its syllabus and curriculum. Miriam currently resides in Kerala and works as a Consulting Producer.

Shobha Warrier is a distinguished Indian author and journalist, currently serving as the Senior Editorial Director at Rediff.com, a prominent online news and entertainment platform. With a career that spans over four decades, she has made substantial contributions to journalism, focusing on politics, economics, and social issues. Throughout her career, Warrier has reported extensively on a wide range of topics, including gender issues, health, and public policy. Her articles have appeared in several notable publications such as The Hindu, The Independent, Sunday Observer, The Asian Age, and Eve’s Weekly. In addition to her journalistic endeavors, Shobha Warrier is an accomplished author with five published books in English. Among her notable works are Economix, Dreamchasers: Entrepreneurs from the South of the Vindhyas, The Little Flower Girl and Others, His Days with Bapu: Gandhi’s Personal Letters and Dreamchasers: Women Entrepreneurs from the South of the Vindhyas. She has also written several works in Malayalam, including Ramakundam and Meghana. In 2022, Warrier launched her latest book, Battlefield India, which encapsulates her experiences in journalism over a 25-year span from 1997 to 2022.
