Dr. Manoj A.S

Dr. Manoj A.S is a seasoned Corporate Trainer, Life Coach & Management Professional with over 25 years of experience in academics & industry. Certified as an Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by All India Management Association (AIMA), he holds 33 patents, including one US Patent, 9 UK patents and 23 Indian Patents along with a trademarked Business Excellence model, LAME – KPV Model for Business Excellence. He currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development at ICT Academy of Kerala, Trivandrum and as a Corporate Trainer to many institutions. He has created a new Training Program for Teachers under KDISC named Design Thinking for Teachers and spearheads the innovation programs under Young Innovators program (YIP) of KDISC, Govt. of Kerala. With 45 published articles, 6 books, and the role of Chief Editor for the peer-reviewed journal Convergence, Dr. Manoj continues to contribute significantly to education, innovation, and professional training.
