B.S. Warrier was born on 23 September 1937 in Mannar. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Thiruvananthapuram College of Engineering in 1958. He was the Joint Director of Technical Education. He has published several articles in English and Malayalam. Published articles in the fields of education, science and technology, applied economics, management and sports.
