Curtains rise with Publishers Conference at Sharjah International Book Fair. Publishers Conference held prior to the Sharjah International Book Fair began at the specially curated venue near the Sharjah Expo Centre. International Publishers Association President Budoor Al Qasimi delivered the keynote speech. On the first day of the conference, Govind Deecee of DC Books spoke in a panel discussion on “Audio Book Publishing in Emerging Market” along with Ama Dadson, Beatrice’s LIN and Nathan Hall. The Publishers Conference will conclude on the 1st of November. The Sharjah International Book fair is all set to begin from November 02- 13 with publishers from all over the world participating. More than 900 publishers from 92 countries including India will participate in this year’s conference.
