Love: A Disparate Concept for Each Gender
On the second day of the Kerala Literature Festival, Indhu Menon discussed her work “Ente Kadha Ente Pennungaludeyum” with moderator Soman Katalur. The discussion began with a narration of how the author portrayed male dominance in society in her work. The author shared her personal experiences of being a girl and a woman at home. “I am not an activist, and I don’t know how to live like one,” she said. In agreement with Madhavikkutty’s “Unexpressed Love is Useless,” she has added her own conceptions of love that come through her soul and are expressed through her work.
